Thank you for supporting Jesse Nickell Studios, LLC. We take great care in creating and packaging every piece of artwork. This policy outlines the terms for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through jessenickell.com.

1. Original Artwork

All sales of original paintings and drawings are final. Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on original pieces.

We understand that purchasing original art online requires trust. If you have questions about a piece—including size, color, texture, or framing—please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to provide additional photos, video, or details.

Exception: If an original artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please see Section 4 (Damaged or Defective Items) below.

2. Limited Edition Prints

We offer a 14-day return window for limited edition prints, beginning from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The print must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The print must be in its original packaging.
  • You must contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate a return.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect the returned print, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a limited edition print for a different item, please initiate a return (per Section 2) and place a new order separately.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package all artwork for safe transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
  • Include clear photographs of the damage, the packaging, and the shipping label.
  • Do not discard the packaging or shipping materials until the claim is resolved.

Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including return shipping. This applies to both original artwork and prints.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, email [email protected] with your order number. If the item has already shipped, cancellation is not possible and the applicable return policy will apply.

6. Custom & Commission Work

All commissioned and custom artwork is non-refundable. Commission terms, including deposits, timelines, and revision policies, will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

7. Shipping

  • All items are shipped from Broomfield, Colorado, USA.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Original artwork is professionally packaged and insured during transit.
  • Jesse Nickell Studios, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once an item has been handed off to the carrier, any delivery issues should be directed to the carrier first.

8. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have issued it.
